The Della Santina family has been serving Italian food since 1420 in Verona, Italy — where recipes weren’t written down, they were passed down. From generation to generation, the craft of slow dough, rich sauces, and honest ingredients was preserved as a family responsibility, not just a business.

Centuries later, that same tradition found its way to Sevierville, Tennessee.

At Pizzeria Della Santina, we honor that legacy by making our dough in-house, simmering our signature sauces from scratch, and building every pizza the way it was meant to be — patiently, carefully, and with respect for the ingredients.
